The Challenge: From Manual Processes to Digital Precision

Before this initiative, security risk assessments were largely conducted through manual workflows — requiring extensive documentation, fragmented processes, and time-intensive coordination across multiple stakeholders. 

This presented several key challenges:

  • Difficulty in maintaining centralized and up-to-date risk records

  • Limited visibility into assessment status and progress

  • Delays in responding to emerging security risks

  • Inefficient reporting and data retrieval

The need was clear: a centralized, digital platform to streamline and standardize security risk assessment operations.

A detailed role and permission framework ensures that each stakeholder — from field assessors to management — has appropriate access and responsibilities. 

4. Digital Premise and Asset Management

Users can register and manage premises, including detailed asset information, ownership, and operational attributes — forming the foundation for accurate risk analysis.

5. Integrated Risk Analysis Framework

The system incorporates structured methodologies to evaluate:

  • Threat levels

  • Vulnerabilities across physical, manpower, process, and technology domains

  • Risk scoring based on probability and impact

This ensures a consistent and data-driven approach to risk evaluation. 

6. Real-Time Monitoring and Reporting

Dashboards provide immediate visibility into assessment statuses — including in-progress, under review, approved, and completed items — enabling faster decision-making.
